Implant is a surgical procedure to replace missing teeth. It is not for everyone. Patient has to be in good health and the surgical site has to have sufficient bone to support the implant fixture. It usually takes four to six months for the bone to grow around the implant, a process known as osseous integration. Once the implant is integrated into the jaw bone, we can then build a tooth on top of it.

Our office will refer patients who have interest in this service to specialist for the surgical phase. The success rate is pretty much depends on the surgeon’s experience and technique. We will work closely with the surgeon throughout the treatment. Once the implant is ready for loading, we will take impression and custom make an abutment that will fit into the implant and a crown will seat on top of it. When completed, the implant tooth will feel just like your natural tooth. You can eat almost any kind of food and it won’t give you problem. All you need is to brush and floss it everyday like the rest of your teeth and it will last forever.
